    Founded my craft beer vets Tony Yanow and Meg Gill, Golden Road Brewing is hiring its first market representative for the Los Angeles market to deliver GRB’s vision to LA.

    Our Market Rep will be the first face and feet on the street for GRB, set to open its doors in north Atwater Village in Los Angeles in September. Integrity, grit, charm, and passion for craft beer and the lifestyle it entails are key characteristics. Must fall in love with the culture of GRB, its vision and founders.

    As is the case with any startup, GRB's first market rep will be exposed to varying levels of responsibility and ground-work..the first of which to execute a wild grassroots endeavor. This role will grow as sales grow! To include direct account responsibility for key on and off-premise accounts - cans and kegs in both - securing new distribution in target accounts, making some beer and POS deliveries, and eventually launching a distributor.

    Will report to head of sales and marketing.

    Primary Duties:
    -Daily management of GRB Launch Plan in LA
    -Execution of unique grassroots marketing plan with Founders & Marketing Team
    -Key contact person representing GRB to all tiers - wholesale, retail, end-consumer
    -Management of Market Budget
    -Distributor Rep support
    -Distributor Inventory Management

    Requirements for the position:
    Must have beer and/or beverage sales experience..sorry, as a startup, we do not have time for on-the-job sales training! Must know and appreciate the regional craft beers in the market, and must live within 10 miles of Atwater Village. Public speaking and Cicerone background, or like-knowledge, a huge bonus.
