    Brew Bus Brewing/ Brew Bus-South Florida is currently taking applications for a Brewery Representative in the South Florida Market (WPB, Ft Lauderdale).
    If you feel you are the right person to convey our passion for brewing excellence, be a respected and sought after craft beer consultant. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and more:

    South Florida Sales Representative
    Reports to: President
    Responsibilities:
    60/40 split between our craft beer brand and our brewery tour operations
    Create and maintain strong long-term relationships with our distributor, our retail partners (both on and off premise), and consumers (both craft savvy and not).

    Second only to our beer you will be the best way for the world to understand who Brew Bus Brewing/ The Brew Bus is.
    Oversee all Brew Bus- South Florida operations located out of Funky Buddha Brewery. Be able to oversee and execute “Brew Bus” events on the weekend.

    Focus on “pull through” not “force in” sales technique. High level results are expected but never at the cost of good business practices.
    Plan, manage time, and prioritize as necessary.
    Ability to manage multiple focuses in a timely fashion is required.

    Maximize the use of POS materials, by having a thorough understanding of their placement and relevance.
    Perform ongoing quality control of beer outside of the brewery. The ability to spot poor beer rotation, dated or damaged product, proper line cleaning protocols, and evaluation of overall draft system performance is crucial.
    Maintain supplies for all Brew Bus events: including koozies, wristbands, and complimentary beer for Brew Bus passengers, etc…
    Manage and communicate with Brew Bus drivers and attendants on issues such as scheduling, training, etc…

    Expectations:
    Good technology skills with a focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, various social media, industry programs such as VIP/SAP/ and more are needed. Ongoing education and personal development in all areas is expected.
    Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals
    The commitment to work some nights and weekends. At some level this has to be a life style not a nine-to-five commitment. Solid time management and prioritizations skills are expected.

    Excellent problem solving skills

    Excellent communication skills
    A strong understanding of the Florida beer scene, both from an industry point of view and from a personal understanding of what the craft industry is and can be.

    Requirements:
    Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
    Physically capable of a variety of duties including but not limited to repeated lifting of 30 pounds or more, extended amounts of standing, stooping, crouching, climbing.
    Certified Cicerone or similar training preferred. The ability to educate people from all levels of knowledge on the merits of craft brewing and specifically Brew Bus Brewing is a must.
    Able to demonstrate strong retail and wholesale oriented math skills, understanding of gross profit, gross margin, pricing strategies, and discounting structures will be necessary.

    Compensation:
    * $31,200 per year/ annual salary
    * $6,000 per year car allowance
    * Cellphone allowance
    * Paid Vacation/ Sick/ Holiday Days
    ** Plus, Quarterly bonus structure based on both Brew Bus Brewing and Brew Bus- South Florida goals/ benchmarks set by supervisor.
