Epic Brewing is looking for that special someone to take the reins and raise our national sales efforts to the next level while continuing our fiscally sound, fast and profitable growth plans. You’ll join our team of special, committed people who make, package, and sell great award winning beer in Utah and Colorado. Today we offer our beers to consumers in 19 different markets via roughly 40 different distributor partners, with plans to open around five new markets in 2015.
The right candidate has an intimate knowledge of what it takes to sell beer while managing a sales team and working with our distributor partners. You should be capable of understanding the ownership’s vision of Epic, sharing it, and eventually be comfortable in helping to refine that vision over time. The ability to work as both a peer and a leader with our core staff, who works toward and knows our chosen path in the industry, is paramount to your success.
The basic tools you’ll need are: a passion for craft beer, a college degree, at least five years’ experience in a sales management role in the beer industry, experience and contacts in all sales channels, a desire to work hard, the ability to travel regularly and willingness relocate to Salt Lake City or Denver.
Send the following to talmadge@epicbrewing.com if you have the basic tools and desire to be considered: a cover letter, resume, references, and salary requirement
