    I am helping a fast growing brewery in New England seek a sales representative for the following markets: New Hampshire/Vermont/Albany Metro Region

    Positions will be filled as soon as possible.

    The Brewery Sales Representative will manage existing accounts, as well as grow our account list strategically. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, where self- starting is a must and customer service must be second to none.

    Job Tasks and Description of the Regional Sales Representative will include:
    • Calling on a high volume of accounts on a daily basis in the designated market area.
    • Expand account list strategically to increase both the brand’s exposure and volume of sales.
    • Manage existing accounts on a consistent basis and supply accounts with whatever they may need – Quality assurance checkpoints, POS items, staff training, etc.
    • Setting up promotional events in targeted accounts and executing said events in a creative and high impactmanner.
    • Attend and execute beer festivals as needed to increase consumer awareness as to the quality and breadth of ourportfolio.
    • Improve conditions of placements for best consumer exposure – ensuring product is placed in optimal position, creating impressive displays, etc.
    • Work hand in hand with distributors to provide support in accounts, brand knowledge, and events.
    REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE applicants MUST have a(n):
    • Commitment to a sales career and desire for growth in a fast paced and highly focused and highly accountable sales organization.
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
    • 2+ year history of success in sales in the brewing industry.
    • Strong competitive spirit with confident personality and ability to be politely assertive.
    • Results driven attitude with a consistent sense of urgency.
    • Ability to learn sales data platforms to assist with management of territory. (VIP/Lilypad)
    • Valid driver’s license, a registered, reliable, and insured vehicle, and ability to be constantly mobile.
    • Ability to independently lift and move cases and kegs of beer.
    Positions are available immediately. Full time salary and bonus plan DOE. Access to group benefits including health insurance options. Paid time off.
