Northern Row - Cincinnati, Ohio - Sales Representative
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team of Outcasts at Northern Row Brewery and Distillery and we aren't looking for just anyone. Experience in craft beer/spirits sales isn't our only criteria, we're looking for an individual who will tirelessly promote our brand on and off the job; someone who believes in the power of great beer, spirits and people and one who has the passion to pursue this dream with us.
Northern Row is located in the historic brewery district of OTR in a pre-prohibition lager house. Like the building we've resurrected and the neighborhood we call home we're looking for someone who embodies the hustle and entrepreneurial spirit of Over The Rhine
The ideal candidate should possess a passion for craft beer and spirits, demonstrated sales success in an alcoholic beverage sales role, excellent customer service skills, and most importantly the ability to grow and maintain relationships. Being a highly self-motivated individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility is crucial to this role.
In addition you will ideally also have a combination of the following:

- Exceptional communication
- Strong organizational habits, and good critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Tech literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Natural leadership, integrity, and loyalty
- Patient, persistent and goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of sales development
- Able to lift 60 lbs on a repetitive basis
Must be able to represent Northern Row Brewery & Distillery in a responsible and professional manner at all times.
- Have experience and passion for craft beer as well as spirits
- outside sales experiences in craft beer is highly preferred
- exceptional experience and keen understanding of customer service and professionalism
- Perform administrative tasks as they are assigned (expense reports, monthly work calendar, etc.)
- goal and opportunity oriented
- Fiercely independent and self-motivated
- Work minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have a valid, clean OH Drivers license and reliable transportation
