SALES DIRECTOR

The Sales Director will work with the CEO to design and execute an ongoing sales strategy. Initial territories will be the District of Columbia and Montgomery County (MD), and targeted sales in Northern Virginia. The Sales Director will also work with the CEO and Delivery Driver in planning routes and logistics.
Salary: $35,000 plus commission, incentives, and bonuses—negotiable depending on experience.

Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience as a craft beer salesman (other sales experience may be considered—make your case!)
- Connections and experience in the D.C. market REQUIRED — CEO has ample Montgomery County experience
- Experience with basic quality control practices
- Ability to be public-facing, and to help represent City-State in the press and to customers
- 21 years of age minimum
