    Monday Night Ventures, LLC (Atlanta, GA) is currently seeking a full-time Field Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position where night and weekend availability are required. The responsibilities of this job are listed below.
    Reports to:
    • Vice President of Sales
    High-Level Goals:
    • Grow sales by building awareness of our brand and spreading Monday Night vibes far and wide
    • Be an expert regarding Monday Night beers and well versed in the craft beer industry
    • Make sure the right beer is always in the right place
    • Form strong relationships with our partners including wholesale, on and off premise

    Responsibilities:
    • Account Relationship Building
      • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential accounts to sell our products with the goal of increasing sales. Provide general education to accounts about our beers, our company, and why we are unique.
      • Provide specific product training to account staff that are tasked with selling our products so they are knowledgeable with the Monday Night line-up and can properly promote our brand.
      • Use our breweries as a marketing tool where beer buyers can be invited to learn, see, and partake in some of the best beer in the Country.
      • Visit at least 20 current customers and 10 potential customers each week, and log visits in our CRM.
    • Knowledge and Brand Awareness
      • Know our beer line-up intimately. Possess the knowledge that rivals that of the head brewer and production team.
      • Develop a strong connection with the brew team. Seek their education and guidance. Attend meetings (informal and formal) and tastings with them.
      • Develop a strong relationship with our marketing team. Maintain a strong pro-active understand of our marketing events and product releases so that you are an effective marketing liaison with your accounts.
    • Events
    • [*=1]With creativity, passion, and alignment to the brand schedule, organize and run epic Monday Night events averaging 2 events per week. [*=1]Partner with our marketing team to ensure events deliver on our brand promise and generally kick ass.
    • Wholesaler Management
    • [*=1]Work side-by-side with our distributor partners to increase brand awareness and sales in the markets. Provide education and an investment of your time to make this happen.[*=1]Send easy-to-read, regular recaps of any market work that requires follow-up.[*=1]Communicate with wholesalers regarding events in their market.[*=1]Ensure our distributor partners have the tools they need to push our products to the masses (tap handles, glassware, etc).
    • Management Reporting
      • Complete weekly sales flash reported and include happenings, wins, losses and any other point of interest.
      • Maintain and update our CRM regularly.
      • Attend bi-weekly sales meeting.
      • Track monthly expenses and operate within your allotted budget.

    Metrics for Success:
    • Sales development
    • New account activation
    • On and off premise account vitality with MNB brand and account relationship
    • Wholesaler maintenance and account relationships

    Compensation:
    • Competitive salary based upon experience
    • Company vehicle, gas card

    Qualifications
    • Must be 21+
    • 2 or more years sales and/or marketing experience
    • Dynamic, action-oriented team player that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills with a sales and hospitality mindset
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Flexible working schedule, including weekends and evenings
    • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Basic math skills
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    Optional, But Not Required
    • Strong opinions about the spork (either way)
    • Ability to fly (like, for serious)
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to drive automobile.
    • Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds.
    • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a hot, humid, and loud environments.
    • Uses repetitive motions.
    • Can work in both hot and cold temperatures.
