    Brewery Sales Manager/ Brand Ambassador

    Twin Sisters Brewing Company is looking for a Brewery Sales Manager/ Brand Ambassador to join our growing team.     Located in Bellingham, Washington, Twin Sisters Brewing Company opened in 2017 brewing award-winning beer and serving food in our restaurant and beer garden. We are an ever expanding, self-distributed brewery looking for an experienced and motivated person to fill a unique hybrid role as the lead member of our sales team and Brand Ambassador.

    Responsibilities
    • Proven experience managing a sales team. This position will work with two existing sales roles.
    • Grow Twin Sisters Brewing Company’s overall distribution presence and sales numbers
    • Plan and coordinate sales programs to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Track sales and maintain account inventories
    • Develop and assist in creating new advertising/ marketing materials/ social media to build Twin Sisters brand awareness
    • Organize and assist in beer training for Twin Sisters’ servers and staff
    • Organize and lead on and off-premises beer events (beer dinners, tap takeovers, festivals etc.)
    • Manage beer delivery service
    • Learn about and positively represent Twin Sisters Brewery and our beers

    Requirements
    • 5+ years working in craft beer, emphasis on sales preferred
    • Thorough knowledge of craft beer and the brewing industry
    • Friendly and out-going personality, not a used-car salesman
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Flexible schedule, willingness to work some nights and weekends when required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with CRMs
    • Proven management and leadership experience
    • Must be 21+
    • Must have a clean driving record
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
