Responsibilities
- Proven experience managing a sales team. This position will work with two existing sales roles.
- Grow Twin Sisters Brewing Company’s overall distribution presence and sales numbers
- Plan and coordinate sales programs to meet and exceed sales goals
- Track sales and maintain account inventories
- Develop and assist in creating new advertising/ marketing materials/ social media to build Twin Sisters brand awareness
- Organize and assist in beer training for Twin Sisters’ servers and staff
- Organize and lead on and off-premises beer events (beer dinners, tap takeovers, festivals etc.)
- Manage beer delivery service
- Learn about and positively represent Twin Sisters Brewery and our beers
Requirements
- 5+ years working in craft beer, emphasis on sales preferred
- Thorough knowledge of craft beer and the brewing industry
- Friendly and out-going personality, not a used-car salesman
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule, willingness to work some nights and weekends when required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRMs
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Must be 21+
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have a valid driver’s license
