    Bombshell Beer Company, North Carolina’s 1st 100% women-owned brewery is seeking a results-driving sales professional with a passion for great craft beer to be a part of our growing sales team covering the greater Raleigh market-Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Clayton, Garner, Wendell.

    You must currently live in the greater Raleigh area to be considered for this position.

    Founded in 2012, Bombshell Beer brewery and taproom are located in Holly Springs, NC.

    We are looking for a superstar performer who loves craft beer, has 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, and can meet and exceed goals. Your sales activities will focus upon, on and off-premise accounts through cold calling, follow-up, and support visits. You must be willing to work some weekends and evenings.

    This is a full-time position with a base plus commission compensation structure.

    • Attainment of sales goals in both draft and packaged product (canned beer) categories
    • Identifying and assisting with the planning and organization and execution of Bombshell’s participation in events such as beer dinners, craft beer festivals, and events.
    • We currently self-distribute so you may be required to lift and deliver product and supporting equipment to customers and events on occasion.

    • A likable, magnetic personality paired with an intense competitive spirit, assertiveness, and confidence but not cockiness.
    • Self-motivated and able to work with a limited amount of direction.
    • Dedicated sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results with no excuses.
    • Valid driver’s license, DUI-free driving record and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously.
    • A registered, reliable and insured vehicle-one that can accommodate the transportation of some product and equipment and handle 100+miles of driving on a given day
    • Ability to lift and move cases and/or kegs of beer and equipment at festivals, events and customer visits.
    • Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale frequently
    • Must be 21+ years old

    • Competitive base salary based on experience plus commission, company phone, actual miles driven reimbursement.
