Loveland Aleworks is an independent, growing, self distributed family-owned brewing company dedicated to quality, integrity and always making great beer. We are eager to add a motivated, hardworking and craft beer loving individual to sell and deliver Loveland Aleworks’ entire product portfolio. The Brewery Sales and Distribution representative works autonomously to focus on maintaining current accounts and acquiring new accounts. This job is based out of Loveland Colorado and will focus on serving the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.


What you will do:

• Focus on selling 16 oz canned craft beer and upgrading offerings at on and off premise accounts.
• Deliver beer orders in a timely manner to accounts.
• Maintain and clean account draft lines.
• Identify potential customer accounts and develop a plan to do business with those accounts.
• Provide amazing customer service by providing prompt and diligent responses to inquiries, beer reorders and general questions and concerns. Practice active listening skills
• Maintain strong visual presence within accounts with product placement, displays, informational product signs and promotional items.
• Maintain brewery property, such as vehicles, devices and equipment.
• Be available some nights/weekends for events and tastings
• Participate in many state wide beer festivals.

What we are looking for:

• A driven and competitive individual with the desire to build a career in sales.
• Some outside sales experience preferred.
• Passionate about craft beer and the ability to work around alcohol responsibly.
• Clean driving record, valid driver's license and the ability to drive continuously.
• A strong work ethic and a solution oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
• Strong communication skills and an active listener.
• Be able to plan and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to lift and carry several cases and to co-lift a half-barrel or move a half-barrel with a dolly to accounts and at times up or down stairs.
