Overview: Oversee all sales activity On Premise accounts and work off-site events
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Sales Director
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales with established On Premise accounts
- Maintain relationships and support at all current accounts
- Open new accounts in strategically targeted areas
- Work Saturday Market “Pop Up” pub location
- Sell Core Year-Round beers as well all new items arriving to the market
- Set up and work offsite events at accounts and festivals
- Communication with Management team on weekly and monthly goals
- Work directly with our distributor and their management/ sales team
Job Requirements:
- Passion for Craft Beer
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Have a computer and proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and VIP/Idig
- Willing to travel in the NW region
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent customer service and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to work as a cooperative and positively contributing team member
Education & Work Experience:
- College degree and minimum 3 years sales experience required
- Experience working within the Three-Tier Distribution system
- Current food handlers’ card and OLCC server’s permit
Compensation:
- Salary TBD based on industry experience
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Accrued paid sick time capped at 40 hours per year
