    Seeking a motivated, self-sufficient, creative, and analytical beer enthusiast to join our small marketing department as a strategic marketing specialist ready to sell our beer and pub experience to the masses!

    Our ideal candidate has marketing running through their veins and is a super organized, multi-tasking team player with both strategic and creative marketing skills. Our team is lean and we never farm out what we can’t accomplish in-house. Experience in and passion for the craft beer industry is a must!

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year DOE

    The Marketing & Creative Specialist plays an important role in:
    • Executing seasonal and annual marketing plans to promote Hopworks’ position as a leader in sustainability, high-quality craft beer, and family-friendly dining.
    • Reporting to HUB’s Marketing Director, the Marketing & Creative Specialist assists with growing HUB’s brand via multiple channels of communication, including but not limited to: social media, print, events, digital, etc.
    • This position is responsible for collaborating with key players on our Marketing and Sales team as well as our senior leadership team to ensure all projects get the attention needed to be successful.
    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Support Marketing Director in executing seasonal and annual marketing plans across the marketing team and other departments and work within established budgets.
    • Coordinate internal and external communication, including press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, sell sheets, blog posts, social media, etc.
    • Develop and execute on marketing creative on social media, digital advertisements, and traditional channels.
    • Maintain pub print/digital menus and draft lists.
    • Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects, such as preparation of progress reports, trend research, and other findings in order to keep management informed.
    • Run our charitable giving programs and seek new opportunities for partnering Hopworks with our community.
    • Monitor the availability of merchandise and stock to ensure operational efficiencies.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance on all marketing materials.
    We Will Consider Candidates Who Meet These Requirements:
    • A passion for craft beer & the brewing industry
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in-house at a small company or in an agency setting
    • Flexibility to work evening/weekend hours as needed
    • Familiarity with all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.)
    • College degree in marketing, communications or another relevant field, or equivalent job experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Highly organized, effective planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and creative environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
    Bonus Points If You Also Have These Skills:
    • Knowledge of company, state, federal regulations for alcohol industry
    • Proficiency in editing photos and videos
    • Design and/or illustration experience
    • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
    • Experience in paid social analytics and advertising
    • Familiarity and a passion to align with the B Corp philosophy to meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability
