Wylde Works is a growing hard jun kombucha and mead brewery in Santa Barbara. We are looking for a the right person to represent our line of honey based products on California's central coast down to LA. You will play an integral role in our growing company with lots of room for creativity, ingenuity and growth.
The person we are looking for is highly motivated, energetic, a self-starter, organized, enthusiastic and fun. You must be a people person and be very outgoing to be successful in this role. It helps if you have a passion for our products which you can share with our customers. Candidates must have a car that can be used during work hours (we will reimburse for miles), a cell phone, a computer and be at least 21 years old. Experience with sales/marketing is a plus, but not required if you bring the right energy, attitude and skills. We put a lot of love into our bees and our beverages, and we are looking for someone who will represent our products with the same high level of integrity and ethics.
Responsibilities include:
-maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores
-forge new relationships with new outlets throughout the central coast.
-deliver products
-online marketing
-community outreach
In addition to your primary role as a sales and marketing representative, opportunities will also be available to help occasionally brewing, beekeeping, bartending at our Santa Barbara tasting room or farmers market sales.
Compensation: A base pay and potentially handsome commission, commensurate with experience.
Full or part time available.
