    Summary of Position
    The Regional Key Account Manager will foster relationships with North Coast field sales and wholesaler personnel and maintain active communications with key stakeholders in the field. This position is responsible for acquiring and maintaining strong working relationships with chains and companies relevant to the market, under the supervision of the National Account Director. The Regional Key Account Manager has a strategic impact on the company’s success in revenue and margin contribution through effective sales and commercial execution. This position will be accountable for achieving sales goals by developing and maintain relationships with key managers/buyers at target accounts. Lastly, key call points for this position will include: Albertson’s, Vons, Ralph’s, Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, Bev Mo!, Costco, Total Wine, and more.

    Qualifications
    The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following experience and expertise:
    • BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field;
    • Preferably living in Southern California;
    • Proven work experience as a key account manager;
    • Solid experience in sales and customer service;
    • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients’ requirements;
    • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics;
    • Ability to utilize sales tools such as SMART, IRI, IRI Data Web, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.;
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Ability to lead and motivate team members;
    • Availability to travel as needed.
