Interboro Spirits and Ales’ Distribution Sales Manager role handles our relationships with distributors, and key account base in distributed areas, with solid process-oriented organizational skills, along with a team-oriented mindset to grow our business to the next level. Working with the Head of Product, This staff member upholds the highest standards of quality, accuracy and collaborative approach. Duties include sales objectives, policies and initiatives, with short- and long-term strategies for sales and evaluating the effectiveness of the sales program. They practically need to be familiar with practices, concepts and procedures in sales. Throughout the time of service, the DistributionSales Manager will be a key team member in planning and achieving company sales goals.


● Passion and knowledge of the craft beer and spirits industry

● Excellent interpersonal, teamwork communication skills and great team dynamics

● Top-notch time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

● Excellent self motivation, and the ability to work independently

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Ability to travel at least 50% of worktime in market, covering all markets

● Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to represent the company at events as needed

● Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position and 1 year in wholesaler management.
