Beer Ambassador Wanted!

Moylan’s and Marin Brewing is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified full-time sales
person to join our established company. We’re looking for a highly motivated person
who is passionate about exquisite local beer and who is excited to build out a high
potential territory.
Overall Duties and Responsibilities: include the following (other duties may be
assigned): Develop, plan, and execute a sales mission that will grow the territory
working closely with the Chief Beer Ambassador. Identify and convert new potential
customers. Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel at each
account. Help troubleshoot draft system issues. Make occasional deliveries when
needed. Clear communication about upcoming releases, promotions, and other
brewery related news to all accounts. Merchandising at all accounts who require it to
ensure product is on the shelves and available for purchase. Working high value
festivals, events and tap takeovers within the territory. Assist in collection of debts
owed when required. Be well versed in all the nuances of relevant ABC and TTB laws
and regulations.
Competencies and Requirements:
Detail oriented and meticulous record keeping.
Reliable transportation and clean DMV Drivers Record
2+ years in beverage sales or support (prefered)
Passion for all beer styles and all local beer.
Full-Time: 40hrs/wk average (varies with responsibilities each week).
Flexible schedule.
Pay: Salary + Incentive compensation package
