  • Marketing and Experience Brand Manager - Meredith, NH

    Twin Barns Brewing Co is looking for a dynamic marketing and experience brand manager. In this position you will be responsible for building upon the TBBC brand and create new and exciting experiences for our customers in our beer garden and taproom. The position will have three main areas of responsibility, Marketing & Advertising, Event Management and Merchandising.


    Marketing and Advertising
    • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for Twin Barns Brewing in order to attract potential customers, retain existing customers, increase taproom sales and establish brand loyalty
    • Oversee/execute content creation (graphic design, merch, photo/video, social) whether in-house or with outside vendors
    • Increase brand awareness by managing all social media platforms, website, newsletters and PR creation
    • Develop and analyze effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns and strategies. Ensure that advertising strategies are congruent with marketing strategies
    • Capture and analyze data across all channels to continuously find improvements, areas of opportunity, and customer insights that will help leverage the brand

    Event Management
    • Create and develop events for Twin Barns Brewing that drive customers to the taproom and beer garden
    • Manage incoming events requests and related events planning, coordination, client management and final events execution
    • Work with general manager on marketing strategy for internal events
    • Create and execute all marketing and advertising materials to build awareness and anticipation.
    • Work with the staff to ensure execution of internal and external events
    • Bring the Twin Barns Brewing brand outside of the brewery by creating and helping to execute strategies for festivals and events
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with the business community and key industry players

    Merchandising
    • Develop a strategy and aid in the execution on merchandise for Twin Barns Brewing
    • Work with outside graphics and design firms as well as apparel and merchandise companies to develop new items for Twin Barns Brewing Co.
    • Develop and maintain a strong familiarity with ongoing and developing market trends in brewery merchandise
    • Order, maintain inventory, pricing and profitability of all merchandise


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field experience preferred with 3+ years
    • Passion for the craft beer industry
    • Ability to manage a multiple tasks across various, complex projects
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
    • Experience utilizing and creating professional content on Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, Tik Tok, Untappd, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
    • Understand social media analytics
    • Preference for proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) or other comparable design software


    This is a full-time, salaried position. Some remote working opportunities are available.
