This sales team position is responsible for the sales volume, distribution, brand activation, and the overall retailer partnerships to ensure the enhancement of Tommyknocker Brewery’s wholesale and retail business. This position works closely with our distribution network, chain accounts, field sales, the brewery, and our leadership. The ultimate goal is building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with our distribution partners, retail accounts, and our consumers; resulting in healthy revenue generating sales.
Responsibility Details:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000. Additionally, includes car allowance, expense account, bonus plan opportunities based on profitability, 70% health care benefits, life insurance, paid time off benefits and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan. Many other little perks.

Responsibility Details:
- Responsible for all aspects of business related to chain and retail accounts.
- Ensure and facilitate successful and strategic planning with our distribution network.
- Track and monitor monthly business objectives that align with our distributor partners.
- Primary focus is the Denver market and our distributor partner there.
- Coordinate promotions and events to increase brand awareness.
- Must be proficient Microsoft Office Suite, data management (VIP, IRI, Nielson).
- Must have strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have good knowledge of craft beer and the craft beer industry.
- Work closely with internal procurement team to develop accurate inventory forecasts.
- Manage point of sales materials and execute marketing strategies.
- Participate in special events when appropriate.
- Develop and work with a system of accountability.
- Must be able to travel as required for the role.
- Other related duties of pertinence as needed.
- Ideally have 5+ years in related field of beer sales and distribution.
- Must be able to run an ongoing sales and marketing budget.
- Tasting of alcoholic products for quality control.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Drivers license in good standing and dependable vehicle.
