    Lumberbeard Brewing is in search of an experienced, upbeat and enthusiastic sales representative to drive and facilitate sales of excellent craft beer for the greater Spokane region. The ideal candidate can work with limited supervision while executing sales directives, long-term growth strategy, and raise brand awareness. We are looking for someone passionate about growing sales, working as part of a team, and who loves craft beer.

    WHO ARE WE? A family owned and operated craft brewery, Lumberbeard Brewing opened in 2020 with the goal of brewing expertly crafted beer for everyone. Our beer offerings range from crispy pilsners, to scrumptious IPAs and decadent barrel aged beers. Partnership and community is highly-valued and we believe in maintaining important connections with local grain farmers, hops farms, and the people of our city. We foster a safe, inclusive, and team oriented culture for our people and community.

    WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
    • Base salary ~$35,000-$40,000
    • Commission potential at 15% to 50% of annual salary

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
    • Minimum 2+ years experience in a sales and marketing or alcohol and/or beverage industry role
    • Schedule Flexibility - weekends and evenings are often required for promotional events and festivals throughout year
    • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
    • Physically able to stand for 8-10 hours, move kegs, and lift objects up to 100 lbs (seriously, beer is heavy!)
    • Embrace continual improvement - able to creatively problem solve, actively learn, take risk, and give and receive feedback from peers, managers and leadership
    • Ability to meet sales objectives in a competitive environment requires a highly organized, self starter personality for success in the role

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:
    • Maintain, develop and foster relationships with key contacts at existing and potential accounts
    • Sales visits to bars, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores to gain new placements of Lumberbeard Brewing products
    • Identify opportunities to grow sales volume in current and existing accounts and territories
    • Create and schedule a variety of quality events within our account base to help grow both the brand and sales - partner with Social Media Manager to promote said events
    • Complete sales and administrative reports with timeliness and accuracy
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all sales and event activities are conducted within local, state, and federal laws
    • Efficiently manage one’s own deliveries, events, weekly/monthly schedule, etc.
    • Proficient on the computer using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.
    • Commit to continued education and development in both sales and beer knowledge
    • Assist at all in-house events and festivals as needed
