    Ursula Brewery is a growing production brewery and taproom in Aurora, CO. We are dedicated to creating the most unique and highest quality beer. Our Sales Representative promotes the brand of Ursula Brewery by maintaining established accounts and developing new accounts. We value highly skilled, dedicated, and passionate people to help grow our brand and represent the brewery.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support and grow the Ursula distribution footprint. Primary focus in on-premise accounts with the inclusion of limited off-premise accounts.
    • Maintain current relationships by consistently visiting accounts according to an efficient and effective schedule.
    • Educate and present samples to our account partners with new & existing product lines.
    • Review and maintain monthly sale financials in Excel.
    • Regular participation in brewery endorsed events and finding seasonal festivals for us to participate in.
    • Manage partners account receivables by timely processing invoices and communicating with accounts on aged receivables.
    • Understand and manage inventory levels by being aware of current inventory and out of stock situations with the fluctuations of demand.
    • Assist with beertending in taproom when needed.
    • Assist in weekly canning runs and sensory evaluation under the direction of our Head Brewer.
    Job Requirements
    • Passion for growth in the craft industry.
    • 1+ year of experience in brewery sales, wholesaler sales, restaurant or bar management, and/or business-to-business sales.
    • Self-motivated with effective problem-solving skills with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, email)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to remain on feet for 6+ hours at a time.
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally maneuver 165 lb. kegs.
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and criminal record.
    • Have reliable transportation with the ability to deliver packaged beer.

    Compensation: Salary $35-40k/year based on experience.
