    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Sales & Marketing

    Supervisor: Marketing Director Class/FLSA Status: Full Time/Hourly

    Pay Range: $28 - $32 per hour

    Preferred location: Northern California within 2 hours of the brewery

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:
    The Marketing Coordinator will manage design and production of planned marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through partner agencies.

    As a North Coast Brewing Company employee, the Marketing Coordinator will participate in a high-performance culture that embraces our B Corp mission and emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist Marketing Director in the marketing and branding of North Coast Brewing Company;
    • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events;
    • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., production and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives;
    • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns;
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities;
    • Develop and create marketing materials, such as the newsletter, sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met;
    • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums;
    • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs;
    • Coordinate marketing strategy meetings weekly and monthly;
    • Manage the NCBC mailing list for Mail Chimp.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field;
    • 2-5 years of experience in marketing;
    • Proven working experience in branding and digital marketing;
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign;
    • Experience in social media, email marketing, display advertising;
    • Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools and content management systems;
    • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis;
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail;
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Basic understanding of photography, photo editing, and Print production.
