    Position Summary
    The Sales & Distribution Lead is responsible for assisting in the implantation and execution of sales and distribution, maintaining current accounts, and developing new ones. The sales and distribution lead is expected to constantly be engaged in the craft beer industry and actively grow account placements. It is a physically demanding job, which often requires long days of manual labor. The job will require the ability to engage with our accounts and customers to explain our beer and the brewing process and reach set sales goals. The sales and distribution lead should be able to follow directions, solve problems, be self-sufficient, good at communicating, and be a hard worker. This is a non-exempt full-time job, with the potential to grow at a world-class brewery located on the Central Coast in California.

    Starting Wage: $25/hour [DOE] 40-hour work weeks expected (possible salary after trial period)

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Outreach to current and potential retail accounts
    • Coordinating sales and deliveries
    Sales Goal of $16,000 - $20,000 monthly
    • Maintaining inventory and keg allocations
    Weekly Inventory, Sales Sheets Updates & Meetings with Brewhouse staff for allocations
    • Identify potential accounts for events
    Minimum of quarterly events, planned and staffed by sales & distro lead
    • Professional delivery to accounts and recordkeeping
    Local Distribution weekly
    Draft Account Distribution (Non-Local) bi-monthly
    • Continually learn and increase knowledge about beer and brewing
    • Engage customers and represent Wild Fields Brewhouse in a positive way
    • Other additional responsibilities to be added as needed
    Goals and Expectations
    A quarterly review will be conducted 3 months after the start of this full-time position to review areas for growth, support, and development.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
    • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, 21+
    • Must have current drivers license and clean driving record
    • Must be able to lift 55 lbs shoulder high
    • Basic mathematical skills
    • Basic reading and computer skills
    • Basic knowledge of beer
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Multi-task oriented
    • Knowledge of the Company’s beverage specifications
    • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

A brewer is a dangerous work environment and employee will be expected to learn and follow all safety protocols.
