A unique Director level opportunity on the Cartridge Brewing team (a brewpub/taproom) for an experience sales professional who is driven by creativity, drive and goal accomplishment. ABOUT CARTRIDGE BREWING:
On the banks of the Little Miami River lies the historic Peters Cartridge Factory, a local landmark that was once a community hub and the heart of Kings Mills. The space received a new lease on life to become Cartridge Brewing. With a full-service kitchen and 15bbl brewhouse dedicated to a variety of taproom beers and a selection of special bottle releases, Cartridge Brewing helped restore the Peters Cartridge Factory to its former glory as a gathering place for the Kings Mills Community.
The historic ammunition factory dates back to 1916 and sits next to the Little Miami River and Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail. The site's redevelopment completed by owners/developers Bloomfield Schon is complete. The entire Peters Cartridge Factory site includes ~135 residences, Cartridge Brewing (10,000 sq ft commercial), a proposed private event space, and 1 additional commercial space.

Cartridge Brewing has an exceptional opportunity for a talented Sales Director. This position will be located in Cincinnati, OH and will lead and manage our complete sales team as they grow our brand in the market. We are a quickly growing organization, looking for new ways to capture market share and open new markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Director will manage and lead a team of 3 front line reps and 1 sales support/driver to drive and execute sales initiatives and growth. In this role critical thinking and organization are paramount. The Sales Director will need to be able to assess routing decisions, staffing, budget management, inventory, and in field execution. This role is being curated to support time in the market as well as the office. Currently the brand is 100% self distributed, but are open to new markets coming on board through distributor negotiations. Experience negotiating, managing, and growing distributor relationships as we look to grow our footprint is critical. This role will report to the Founder/COO
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for management of complete sales team.
- Responsible for management of current/future distribution contracts.
- Responsible for development of new markets and growth of brand.
- Analyze market data and develop targets to sustainably grow beer sales
- Strategic sales planning
- New brand and seasonal launches
- Sales assets
- Volume planning
- Yearly, quarterly and monthly sales forecasting and tracking

- Trade expenses

- Sales marketing
- Develop and measure quarterly targets
- Sales Communication
- Plan and conduct weekly sales meetings
- CRM Management (EKOS)
- Inventory management
- Implement sales training and onboarding for new hires
- Write and conduct annual reviews
REQUIREMENTS
- Located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Proven sales and management experience in beverage industry
- Proven sales and management of distribution agreements.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing direct reports
- High level of knowledge of EKOS, and Google Suites
- Experience and competence with Microsoft office suite and deep analytical skill set
- Excellent communication and time management skills and a love for craft beer
