THE OPEN ROAD
The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We seek a Phoenix-Based Craft Consultant to help us share the Mother Road story with existing and prospective craft beer accounts. The “North State Territory” includes metro-Phoenix and select travel through Northern Arizona.
The Craft Consultant positions Mother Road as a preferred business partner for our accounts in the North State Territory by building and maintaining relationships. Job responsibilities include:
LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? This position calls to someone who enjoys building relationships; is reliable; can navigate complex social situations; thrives with independent goal-oriented work; and is passionate about craft beer. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus.
A qualified candidate will have 2+ years of outside sales, client management, or account management experience. The winning candidate will demonstrate A-player performance in previous roles, and Mother Road cultural fit.
A FULL TANK OF GAS
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. Mother Road Brewing offers a competitive wage with a goal of paying in the 75th percentile for all crew; group medical insurance; group dental insurance; group vision insurance; 401 (k) with 3.5% matching; generous paid time off; bonding leave; paid holidays and paid professional development. Candidates must be based in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix is known for its year-round sun, desert beauty and world-class restraints. As the fifth-largest city in the United States, it offers sophisticated urbanscapes, southwest culture and lots of outdoor adventure. One of the reasons why we love Phoenix is the diverse food and beverage experiences, of which many of our account partners create.

- Hosting events and staff trainings
- Co-creating account-specific programs
- Samplings, tastings,
- Working with distribution partners to service accounts
- Beer festivals
