Job Title: British Columbia, Canada Area Sales Manager

Reports To: VP of Sales and Marketing
Summary: The BC Area Sales Manager is an outside sales position within the sales and marketing team that includes responsibilities for current customers and new sales development. The ASM is responsible for identifying prospective market opportunities, using our CRM to manage daily/weekly/monthly/yearly goals, developing/maintaining customer relationships, implementing SVM marketing plans, protecting SVM profitability and managing events in the territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Implement focused customer growth based on the requirements of SVM Business Plan for the territory
- Maintain calls, activity logs, KPI tracking through the CRM
- Maintain current accounts. Create call frequency and plan for account growth.
- Grow total purchasing account base by opening new accounts via cold calls and prospecting.
- Effectively communicate market feedback to SVM leadership
- Regular meetings with brewing and distilling organizations in the marketplace
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Help plan, execute, and participate in trade shows and industry events.
- Implement and develop sales initiatives and marketing plans in the territory
- Deliver profitable sales
- Have close relationships with other departments. Foster a close relationship with staff from many other departments including finance, sales and marketing
Compensation
Salary: Varies D.O.E, Range from $55k-$75K
