    Revision Brewing Company Director of Sales

    Revision Brewing Company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales team and develop new opportunities to expand Revision Brewing in all markets. You will partner with the existing sales team and distributors to assure the successful distribution and placement of our products, and serve as the primary contact for a specific list of retail chains

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Lead sales team to maintain and develop both on-premise and off-premise national accounts and chains.
    • Develop and implement growth strategies for current brands and new brands.
    • Perform the processes necessary to gain authorization, proper pricing, and shelf space within national and regional off premise chains as assigned by management.
    • Coordinate efforts between national chain headquarters and regional offices as they pertain to local or regional sales execution.
    • Work collaboratively with management on setting and achieving company goals.
    • Work with the COO on annual forecasting and budgeting.
    • Lead weekly sales meetings with sales teams and COO.
    • Track monthly and quarterly sales against budget.
    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews assessing brands, accounts and territories.
    • Manage, mentor and train team of brand managers working in the field.
    • Lead, identify expectations, and direct areas of responsibility for the sales team that deliver results in line with annual plan and monthly objectives.
    • Perform monthly market visits with brand managers in each territory.
    • Work with management team on new product development and roll-out.
    • Identify new business opportunities in either new markets, channels or products.
    • Manage and submit administrative and regulatory filings as necessary.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
    • Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities.
    • Communicate effectively with team and customers.
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

    Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
    • 5+ years industry experience.
    • 3+ years of managing direct reports/team, including field sales
    • Demonstrated track record of leadership, team-work, and success in prior positions.
    • Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and VIP.
    • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a variety of strategies to meet objectives (i.e. sales, training and development, process improvement, change management).
