We are an 8000 bbl per year brewery located in beautiful Red Lodge, Montana. Red Lodge has a population of 2500 and has a ski area and hiking, fishing, biking and boating all nearby.
In addition to beer, we process 50,000 gallons of cider made at our cider mill in Billings.
Our sales footprint is currently Montana, the northern tier of Wyoming and western North Dakota.
Job Duties Include:
Create a sales strategy and plan to maximize potential sales
Manage delivery/sales team where we self-distribute and manage our sales rep that works with wholesalers
Manage key retailers and wholesaler relationships
Work with our marketing/social media department to keep a positive and consistent message with our customers and followers
Add new markets or sales employees as warranted
Train new sales employees as needed
Lead campaigns to launch new products successfully
Skills and Experience Required:
Three years of sales experience in the beverage industry
One year of sales management
Ability to make a sale
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to create and read sales reports, sales projections, and sales goals
Ability to execute sales plan and get buy in from sales employees
Skills and Experience Desired:
College Degree in business management, sales and marketing, or communications
