Pike Brewing is looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE: If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for craft beer, great marketing & sales skills, and are results-driven, this is the role for you!
Pike Brewing Company is launching exciting changes to our brand, our beer, and our restaurants! We are looking for the right candidate to help navigate this time of innovation and growth with us. To support this growth, we are making significant investments in our structure, operations, production and our people. This role will play an instrumental part in the next chapter of Pike Brewing Company. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of ardent beer lovers!
First, a little background info:
If you’ve been to Pike Place Market, then you’ve probably seen us or even visited us. We’ve been around a long time – since 1989 – founded by a couple of beer lovers: Charles and Rose Ann Finkel, considered pioneers in the independent craft beer sector of the PNW. Since then, Pike has been busy handcrafting beers of character and growing a company that fosters an atmosphere of fun, beer trivia and community connections. For the past three decades, Pike Brewing Company has offered an environment which engages both customers and employees. Our success can be attributed to our employees who, by embodying our cultures and values, continue to make Pike Brewing an iconic Seattle destination spot.
Why you should join us:
Our brewery is a fun place to work. We train and develop employees. We are committed to the communities we serve. We foster a culture where our employees get to do their best work by sharing their talents and excitement about our business with customers and co-workers. The bottom line is, we strive to hire & develop great people – like you. Our commitment is the fuel which moves Pike Brewing forward, evolving and growing while staying true to our roots: handcrafting and brewing great beers people can count on enjoying one pint at a time!
Here's who we’re looking for: A creative, outgoing, attentive, poised self-starter who enjoys working with people and driving for successful results. A person who loves interacting with the public, has a passion for service, is driven to build the business, one client at a time… and, of course, has a love for the beer industry. We’re looking for someone who is resilient because, after all, the environment and industry is always changing. Must exercise both diplomacy and sound judgment. Connects quickly with people and builds lasting relationships. Pike Brewing is looking to bring someone into this role who knows it’s all about the hustle, connections and meaningful relationships and is energized by it.
