    Position Summary: 

    The Marketing Manager role is responsible for performing a variety of fundamental and supportive tasks befitting Fire Maker Brewing including overseeing all digital channels, project management, social media marketing, art direction, copywriting, photography, web design, graphic design, and whatever else may “hop” up. The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Marketing Department while aligning the entire team’s priorities with business objectives – delivering or overseeing high-quality work on time and on budget. This position will report directly to the CEO/Owner but collaborate and communicate across all departments. We are looking for someone to fill this role whose goal is to inspire others by guiding our creative and marketing efforts to be superior.

    Job Duties and Expectations:

    - Minimum 6+ years of experience

    - Solid Experience and Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premier.

    - 2+ year's experience managing people

    - Brewing or Alcohol industry experience is a plus


    - Oversees all digital channels including social media, email, websites, apps, and more.

    - Leads and provides guidance to marketing staff.

    - Ensures the department milestones are met and adhering to budgets.

    - Manages social media platforms and content creation.

    - Develops social media calendar and monthly schedule.

    - Leads art direction and development with outsourced artists for various multi-media art projects including beer labels, murals, logos, event materials, and more.

    - Creates and manages mobile responsive websites and e-commerce experiences.

    - Manages multiple websites and consolidates them for brand consistency and accessibility.

    - Manages various drop-shipping suppliers and apps connected to digital products.

    - Creative copywriting for social posts, websites, product descriptions, events, email blasts, and more.

    - Coordinates with external suppliers for various digital and physical products/marketing materials.

    - Plans and leads product and lifestyle photoshoots.

    - Leads and oversees the creation of digital and print marketing materials for in-house and distribution needs.

    - Creates and maintains relationships with the press and influencers.

    - Creates and oversees public relation material including press releases, email blasts, and care packages- for new releases, events, and more.

    - Creates and maintains distribution marketing materials. Communicates with multiple distributors for their specific needs.

    - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class content.

    - Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data.

    - Tracks and analyzes social media analytics and creates weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

    - Creates strategies for brand development based on research and analysis.

    - Presents to internal and external stakeholders.

    - Identifies opportunities and develops actions to improve marketing initiatives.

    - Oversees and monitors new and ongoing advertising.

    - Leads initiatives with a consumer-centric mindset.

    - Creative thinker and problem solver.

    - Serves as a liaison and provides direct marketing and communications support for the CEO/Owner.
