Fracture Brewing is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to help grow our business. We started self-distributing in early 2022 and have our first taproom launching in October. We need someone who can build new and strengthen current relationships with direct buyers in the Portland market and beyond.

Fracture Brewing is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to help grow our business. We started self-distributing in early 2022 and have our first taproom launching in October. We need someone who can build new and strengthen current relationships with direct buyers in the Portland market and beyond.
Qualifications:
- A passion for all things craft beer
- At least two years beverage sales experience
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work hard, take initiative and achieve results
- Strong knowledge of the OR and WA market and the craft beer scene
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Must be willing to travel in the NW region. Mileage is compensated
- Experience with EKOS, Fintech, Excel and other applicable software
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new points of distribution by qualifying leads, visiting accounts, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with current retailers, bars, and restaurants
- Work with brewery team to monitor inventory levels, coordinate demand and production, and generate sales reports and forecasts
- Oversee distribution and invoicing by working with our Delivery Manager
- Compile and analyze data to help set, track, and achieve sales goals
- Ensure brand integrity, generate marketing materials, monitor retail placement and product quality.
