We're hiring a Lead Sales Representative / Director of Sales
This role is responsible for interfacing with our current (around 40-50) and future accounts, providing pricing, information and samples of our beers, receiving / filling and delivering sales orders and related tasks.
We've been self-distributing since 2015 when we opened our brewery. We've had some part-time sales help in that time. This is most likely a full-time position but we will consider the scheduling needs of all applicants if interested in a part-time position.
Qualifications: Some sales experience preferred but not required. A general knowledge and passion for quality products, all styles of craft beer, the brewing business, brewing process or sensory aspects of beer are important but we're willing to help educate and inspire the right person.
Compensation: Starts at $21/hr with Paid Time Off or base pay plus commission (negotiable based on experience, but the starting pay will not be lower than $21/hr).
