Open Position: Brand Ambassador (Full-time)

Job Description: As a Grayton Beer Company Brand Ambassador, your mission will be to
support the sales efforts of the company. You will be maintaining a well-established route with very well-established and successful brands as well as new and innovative products. This position is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key distributor personnel and retail accounts (both on & off premise) to grow sales and increase brand presence within our distribution footprint.

support the sales efforts of the company. You will be maintaining a well-established route with very well-established and successful brands as well as new and innovative products. This position is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key distributor personnel and retail accounts (both on & off premise) to grow sales and increase brand presence within our distribution footprint.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve volume and distribution targets in defined territory and target accounts.
- Complete regular sales calls and business reviews with distributor partners and key retailers.
- Establish and execute a local retailer call frequency in key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
- Utilize sales tools (VIP) to analyze, develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Conduct special events, festivals, beer dinners & tastings as needed.
- Maximize product velocity by improving merchandising and brand presence within retail locations.
- Train distributor team members & retail accounts on our products.
- Perform administrative duties in a timely manner (sales reporting, expense & mileage reporting, events and promotion scheduling, etc.)
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Perform other business related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Results-driven, energetic, outgoing, team player
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in craft beer sales is desirable
- Candidate must have proven computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft outlook, and have reliable internet access from home.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- Exemplary interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.
- Travel and Flexible work schedule is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment period.
