    Left Hand Brewing Company is searching for an outstanding candidate to join our rapidly growing brewery and will be based in the Denver area. The sales representative will cover the Denver area to increase the availability, visibility, velocity, and volume of Left Hand Brewing Company (LHBC) by executing direct sales calls on retail accounts and educating distributor sales teams and the beer drinking public.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
    • Collaborates with Division Manager to develop a structure for monthly visits to a determined core account list and key sales areas.
    • Executes regularly planned market visits that includes time in accounts, time with Distributor Partner reps, and time interacting with consumers.
    • Establishes action plans prior to visiting markets, utilizes sales reps, VIP/Armadillo data, Karma, and appropriate collateral/sales materials.
    • Submits follow-up emails after all Distributor Partner interactions.
    • Ensures personal inventory levels of beer samples, Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, and sales collateral to sell at any time.
    • Actively sells into all on and off premise accounts.
    • Monitors new account openings with the goal of being one of the first craft beer reps to make a sales call.
    • Sells in POS and programs to retail accounts and merchandises products where legal.
    • Conducts tastings, promotions, and price/draft/quality surveys in accounts.
    • Attends and pours beer at key festivals and events in the territory.
    • Provides Distributor Partners with sales literature, technical assistance, and sales training as needed.
    • Develops, manages, and maintains DP relationships within assigned territory.
    • Analyzes budget on a regular basis to ensure appropriate spending.
    • Maintains professionalism on social media platforms and when working in environments when the taps are flowing.
    • Actively participates in the Annual Sales Summits and other department meetings and industry functions as required.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
    • 1 year previous sales experience.
    • Previous account-based sales experience in the adult beverage industry is strongly preferred.
    • A valid state driver’s license and clear driving record for insurability on company driver’s insurance plan (checked annually).
    • Works late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays to support sales activities as required.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism on social media platforms and when working in environments when the taps are flowing.
    • Ability to collaborate well with others in the industry – On/Off Premise as well as our distributor partners.
    • A love of craft beer.
    • Excellent sales skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
    • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
    • A strong desire for results and ability to bring projects to completion.

    This is a full-time position with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, ESOP, paid time off, and of course world class beer. We do not cover relocation costs.

    Pay Band: $45,000 - $50,000
