Position Summary:
Fire Maker’s Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be working alongside and reporting to our Marketing Manager, geeking out over our online content, social media followers, graphic designs, and killer brews. Their position will support and contribute to our print and digital media outreach. They will be responsible for a variety of projects including social media posting, monitoring our social media channels, creative support such as Instagram/FB stories and event and Taproom pictures, graphic designs, and production assistance to the Marketing Manager during photoshoots. Sometimes they may act as a “second shooter” so they should be comfortable with a basic camera, as well as iPhone photography. They will also be featured on our social media from time to time, so they should be comfortable with being on camera. They will help retain and grow our social media presence, ensuring consumers receive consistent positive messaging across all social media channels. The ideal candidate is a graphic designer and social media savvy individual who loves creative projects, engaging with our followers, and craft beer.
Marketing & Social Media Specialist should be able to provide brand management support across social media platforms including but not limited to (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Untappd), E-marketing platforms (Mail Chimp, Privy), website and E-commerce platforms (Google Business, SquareSpace, Shopify, Printful).

- Engage with our followers and helps grow our online presence
- Multitask and respond to varied in-house and distributor requests
- Keep track of social media analytics and create reports
- Act as a “second shooter” or assistant for marketing productions
- Act as support for content creation and updating print and digital assets (our websites, posters around the Taproom, etc.)
- Be comfortable with being on camera and a “face” for Fire Maker
- Attend off-site events a few times a month (responsibilities include set-up and engaging with consumers)
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times. Be charismatic and positive with consumer engagement.
Schedule:
- Tuesday-Saturday
- In-office and market events

Requirements Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in graphic design and social media
- Knowledge of Adobe AI and ID
- Be a Fire Maker. We are looking for an individual who wants to reach their goals and pursue their passions
- Available remotely during nights and weekends
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must be 21+ to apply
- Must be able to represent our brand well, whether that’s on our social media, in our Taproom, or in your everyday life
- Thorough knowledge of Fire Maker’s products and brand identity
- Interest or knowledge in the craft beer industry
Work Environment:

- The employee may at times work around hot water, steam, broken glass, hazardous chemicals and CO2 sources
