    Wolf’s Ridge Southwest Ohio Sales RepEssential Job Functions:
    • Assist in the creation of targets, action plans, and marketing of our portfolio
    • Effectively communicate with our distributor management teams and reps
    • Communicate the Wolf’s Ridge story to our customers and wholesaler reps
    • Become entrenched in the SWO craft beer community
    Core Competencies:

    • Beverage sales or merchandising experience preferred.
    • Excellent organizational skills required.

    • Ability to seek out opportunities and create WIN-WIN solutions with retail partners.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Establish and maintain a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule of account visits within the assigned territory.
    • Execute monthly and quarterly KPIs as related to business activities.
    • Develop and maintain authentic and effective account level relationships with owners/decision makers to drive our business.
    • Work with wholesaler partners to help grow brewery/brand share of mind within territory.
    • Grow brand presence within existing on and off-premise account base.
    • Develop new accounts and new distribution opportunities.
    • Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS.
    • Develop national account call frequency with supervisor.
    • Strategic demographic planning.
    • Focus on targeted on-premise accounts.
    • Set-up and activate sampling events such as draught features, pint nights, tasting events festivals and beer dinners.
    • Manage relationships with distro reps (communications and frequent ride alongs)
    • Other duties as assigned by management.
    • Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Must be available nights & weekends for execution of market events & team activities.
    • 1-2 years of experience in the beverage industry.
    • Working knowledge of beer distribution networks
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Passion for craft beer!
    Physical Workplace Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. (Cases of beer, special event equipment, etc)
    • Travel within defined sales territory required. Frequent travel all around the greater SWO area and occasional trips to Columbus.
    • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
    • Must have a valid Driver’s License and safe driving record as determined by management.
