Trillium Brewing Company is looking for multiple full-time and part-time Retail Associates to
join our crew! We are in search of positive, passionate individuals who love craft beer and can
provide excellent customer service in our retail space while proudly representing the Trillium brand.
Positions are available in both our Boston and soon-to-open Canton location. This is an
amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, family-run brewery and become part of a killer
team!
Duties:
● Assist customers in their beer selections and purchases by effectively communicating information about our beer styles and brewing process
● Field questions about the brewery, operations, our story, and much more!
● Operate point-of-sale system and cash register
● Fill growlers according to Trillium's quality standards
● Move and change kegs, stack and carry full cases
● Operate and troubleshoot draft equipment
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail space
● Restock retail area with merchandise including, but not limited to, beer cases, supplies, apparel, growlers, etc.
● Open and close retail area according to Trillium opening and closing procedures
● Assist during events, tours and special releases and serve full pours when necessary
● Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Desired Qualifications & Abilities:
● A deep passion for craft beer is a must and knowledge about the brewing process is a bonus!
● A dedicated and strong team player
● Organized with great attention to detail
● Exceptional guest service skill set
● Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
● Retail, bartending and/or tasting room experience preferred
● Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items up to 55 lbs repetitively during entire shift
● TIPS training required within 30 days of start date
