The ideal candidate should possess a passion for our beer, strong sales skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships. Being a highly self-motivated individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility is crucial to this role.
- Develop new draft partners in the assigned territory and achieving monthly sales goals.
- Communicate with each draft partner in the territory on a weekly basis to obtain orders for fresh beer.
- Deliver kegs to draft partners.
- Provide continuing education through staff training and be the "face" of Fieldwork Brewing Company to the draft partner.
- Clean beer lines at regular intervals throughout the territory.
- Report weekly on activity in the territory and maintain detailed customer information using CRM software.
21 years of age
Able to lift 160 lbs on a repetitive basis
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Strong organizational habits, a self-motivated work ethic, and good critical thinking/problem solving skills
Able to work nights and weekends
Computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
Personal vehicle with good driving record and personal liability insurance (we offer an automotive allowance)
Smart phone (we offer a phone allowance)

Compensation includes a base salary and commission. Fieldwork Brewing Company offers health insurance benefits to all of our employees after 90 days.
