Duties
- Increase Eddyline sales while maximizing sales price in the most cost-effective manner.
- Build brand awareness and recognition with assistance from Marketing & Events Director.
- Represent Eddyline in a professional manner.
- Improve communication between Eddyline and Distributors.
- Provide feedback and assist in decision making for future beer releases.
- Provide insight into future marketing strategies.
- Facilitate sales for on and off premise accounts, including orders, delivery, and account status.
- Execute sales strategies as determined by management.
- Grow brand distribution in local retail outlets.
- Facilitate distributor to open new account business.
- Plan routes to ensure all accounts are regularly seen.
- Assist with promotional calendar to drive sales and distribution – performing at least one on or off premise event weekly. Off Premise sampling, on premise tastings, etc.
- Communicate relevant information to manager regarding accounts, products, opportunities, etc.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to help create sales goals and report on sales trends
- Understand and communicate the company’s mission, especially when incidence occurs that require sales staff to support and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Promote POS products and account display.
- Participate in festivals and promotional events.
- Troubleshoot draft equipment issues for local accounts.
- Stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of working with mountain resorts is a must!
- 1+ yrs experience in selling craft beer
- Must be able to lift 35-pound cases, as well as maneuver and place 168-lb kegs.
- Extensive car travel required, with approximately 3 nights/month overnight travel on average (some flying).
- The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license free of any major violations in the last three years. Selected candidate must pass a post offer, pre-employment background check.
- Must Live in or near the I70 corridor
