Good People Brewing Co. is Alabama's oldest and largest brewery. We are hiring for the position of Georgia Sales Representative. The primary functions of this position will be to introduce the brand to consumers and retailers, and to support and guide the work of our wholesalers. Applicants should reside in Atlanta, and be interested in working in a highly competitive atmosphere on a small, driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales plan
Lead communication with wholesalers
Sustain relationships with key accounts
Handle a regular schedule of events and festivals in territory
Monitor quality control
Identify donation opportunities and chances for community involvement
Support sales staff in other markets
Continue professional development
Territory
Statewide Georgia
Qualifications
Reside in Atlanta
Understanding of three-tier system and passion for craft beer
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in beer industry
Excellent written communication skills, particularly proficiency with social media
Excellent oral communication skills, particularly ability to address large groups
Available to work nights and weekends most of the year
Available to travel 8-10 days per month
Able to lift 25-lb. cases and move 165-lb. kegs
Able to set and prioritize schedule, solve problems independently
