    Lakes & Legends Brewing Company located in Minneapolis, MN, is adding to its Sales Team. This position will be based in the Twin Cities with a territory covering the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding communities.

    Job Description
    As our Twin Cities area On-Premise Sales Rep/Manager, your primary role will be to increase sales and drive brand awareness at on-premise accounts. You will be primarily engaged with establishing, developing and maintaining on-premise account relationships while working alongside our off-premise team to maximize the territory’s potential.

    Essential functions/responsibilities include:
    • Responsible for driving new tap handles, maintaining existing tap handles and sales for all forms of packaging, within the assigned territory
    • Responsible for scheduling and executing industry tastings, and various on-premise events that elevate the brand and directly or indirectly increase sales

    • Attend all Brewery Sales team meetings as requested
    • Ensure that the Brewery’s quality standards are clearly understood and enforced by retailer
    • Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.
    • Participation in events, festivals, promotions, etc.
    • Responsive participation in marketing activities, including public events, and proof reading for literature, marketing collateral and any language printed on labels and similar packaging
    • Strong verbal communication and organization skills
    • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
    • Possess a current State of Minnesota driver’s license

    • At least one year of on-premise sales experience in the craft beer industry preferred
    • Proficient in computer productivity software
    • Well organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
    • In possession of a high level of integrity, confidence, and the ability to forge strong professional relationships quickly
    • Brewery knowledge, from the making of beer to all forms of retail distribution
    • Strong desire to continue to grow professionally
    • Good written communication skills. Must possess the ability to develop and provide all necessary written reports, business correspondence and presentations necessary to satisfy job requirements
    • Outstanding oral communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, clients, customers, media outlets, and the general public
