A Day in the Life of a 21st Amendment Field Sales Rep
"So what does it take to be a part of the the 21A Team?” You’re probably wondering. Well, good news is that we just need you to be you. Passionate about beer, life, people and sharing your passion with others! Our Field Sales Reps are responsible for, among other things:
Visiting accounts (on and off premise), sell beer, displays and execute sales plans set forth by our distributor and Area Manager
Holding retailer staff educations
Hosting distributor educations, support or lead distributor sales meetings
Hosting VIPs at our pub and brewery
Setting up events and run beer dinners, beer fests and any out of the box promotions that you can dream up
What You Need To Be Successful Here
A "can do” attitude, clean driving record, valid driver’s license and computer literacy (read - you can use excel, understand reports and communicate what you’ve read). Knowledge of VIP/iDig is preferable.
And...
Minimum 1-year experience working for a distributor or brewery
A passion for beer, and excellence
Knowledge of San Francisco Area
Willingness to travel (crew drives, larger events)
Understanding that this is more than a job, it’s a lifestyle. You’ll often work weekends, nights and crazy hours. You need to be flexible with your schedule and able to take downtime when the opportunity presents.
