    Sonder Brewing is looking to hire a Director of Sales to work directly with our Chief Sales Officer to expand into bigger markets and help lead a larger staff. We are a self distributing, 30 BBL brewery/taproom that is already in 350+ accounts and growing vastly into chain/key accounts. Aggressive goals to expand into other markets in Ohio

    Minimum 5+ years experience in upper management of a sales force
    Proficient with MacBook/PC
    Proficient in creating reports vital to understanding sales
    Maintain and maximize our CRM system
    Degree in Business/Marketing management or a large track record of experience in the field

    -Must be able to maintain communication with everyone in the team (Marketing, production, owners, sales)
    -Must be able to motivate, lead by example, train, and implement strategies to increase sales with your sales team
    -A strong attention to detail
    -Intimate knowledge of the laws regarding alcohol sales in Ohio
    -Intimate knowledge of the product you will be selling
    -Must be able to lead a team of up to 20 members
    -Reach and create sales goals to reach maximum growth
    -Work within and create a budget to produce/ask for marketing materials per CE cold to A,B,C accounts
    -Give monthly reports on sales trends within the company
    -Hold weekly meetings to discuss new strategies/efficiencies/programs/ with your sales team
    -Attend weekly meetings with owners
    -Willing to put your boots on the ground, while still leading a team
    -Utilize our CRM system to itís fullest potential
    -Keg tracking at each account
    -Volume tracking by SKU
    -Velocity tracking by SKU
    -Event management
    -Developing key chain accounts while maintaining our current key chain accounts
    -A sense of efficiency with routing of sales teams and drivers
    -Knowledge of EFT payments
    -Be able to put a priority of freshness of product before it becomes an issue.
    -Be able to work within the culture we created and know when to push back
    -Track A,B,C accounts - Volume, velocity, ROI, every detail to maximize our efficiencies
    -Hire, train, and forecast new sales representatives
    -Maintain, build, and create new business in already existing territories.
    -Make sure freshness of package/draft beer in the market is up to company standards
    -Know how to taste faultiness in beer
    -Stay self-motivated
    -Strong leadership skills
