    Fish Brewing Company is under new ownership and is growing! We are looking for an experienced Craft Beer and Cider Sales Manager to lead and build our sales team. We produce three brands: Fish Tale Ales, Leavenworth Biers, and Spire Mountain Ciders at our Olympia, Wa headquarters.

    Measures of Success:
    • Achieve sales growth targets across all channels for Fish brands in local and regional markets.
    • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with distributors, vendors, retailers, internal employees and community.
    • Keep customers interested in Fish brands and coming back for more!

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute an account and market specific sales strategy to achieve sales and placement targets for all brands.
    • Building a strong and reliable sales team.
    • Maintain and grow existing accounts through superior service and relationship development.
    • Develop new relationships, sample and sell to new accounts.
    • Work closely with distribution partners to evaluate and prioritize business needs.
    • Stay up to speed on all beer and cider market innovations and trends.
    • Educate internal staff and external partners on all products.
    • Manage placed product quality control across all relationships.

    Functional Responsibilities:
    • Weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reporting to internal and external contacts.
    • Keep and oversee records on all accounts.
    • Ride alongs with distributor reps to increase market support and brand education.

    Integration Within the Company:
    • Reports to General Manager
    • Works Closely with Beer and Cider production teams, Marketing, Finance, and Pub teams

    • 5 years experience successfully selling craft beer/cider.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building ability.
    • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
    • Excellent customer service standards.
    • Strong negotiating skills and ability to make quick decisions.
    • Extremely motivated and eager to learn and teach; able to motivate and inspire others.
    • Lead by example, self aware and self driven.
    • Team player.

    Technical Requirements:
    • Microsoft office suite
    • Ability to work with distributor sales reports.
    • Ability to create sales reporting for General Manager.
    • Ability to learn relevant technology when needed.
    • Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license.

    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to work in all conditions hot or cold.
    • Ability to move(160 lbs) and lift(55 lbs) heavy objects.
    • Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
    • Attend and support festivals and events.
