Sixpoint is a Brooklyn, NY-based craft brewery, born out of an 800 square foot garage in Red Hook in 2004 by homebrewer Shane Welch. We are currently looking for a star-performer Chain Accounts Representative preferably based in our Red Hook, Brooklyn HQ, or remote with proximity to chain account HQs and travel hubs.
About the Opportunity:
The Chain Accounts Representative works as part of the Sales Team to focus on developing, guiding and maintaining strong account-specific business relationships with major chain customers throughout the United States. A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of products in new and existing national and regional chain accounts by harnessing a consultative sales culture and aligning the goals with our wholesaler and account partners.

- Effective time management, ability to multitask, prioritize and plan different responsibilities and initiatives
Equipped With:
- 1 to 3+ years of proven results-oriented b2b sales experience
- Food, beverage and/or CPG industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Cicerone Level II Certification preferred
Fermented With:
- Chain accounts revenue growth, profitability and building distributor partnership, brand image and market development
- Develop and execute account strategies in accordance with overall channel strategy
- Develop account goals and business plans with Sixpoint wholesalers
- Ensure plan execution and facilitation throughout distribution network
- Provide support and input to the development and communication of pricing programs
- Conduct regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Communicate regularly with Regional Sales Managers to maximize selling opportunities within their territories
- Disseminate information to the field ensuring product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up to date
- Must be adaptable with the ability to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions and follow differing procedures established by each chain customer

Special Requirements:
- Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, clean driving record and ability to drive to and from accounts and distributors continuously
- Ability to lift and move cases and/or kegs of beer frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale frequently
