The Analytical Laboratory Technician performs in-house and client sample analysis on a variety of products including beer, wine, spirits, and kombucha.

The Analytical Laboratory Technician performs in-house and client sample analysis on a variety of products including beer, wine, spirits, and kombucha.
Essential Functions & Duties
- Receives and processes samples for analysis.
- Prepares and performs analysis on beer, wine, kombucha, and spirit samples using laboratory analytical equipment including Beer Alcolyzer, Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph, and HPLC.
- Utilizes a variety of microbiological techniques in the analysis of samples, including Plating, Gram Stain, Microscopy, and PCR Techniques.
- Utilizes QBench to maintain and log accurate analytical results.
- Prepares media/stock solutions used in the lab.
- Prepares customer lab supply orders.
- Assists with customer support.
- Maintains overall lab cleanliness.
- Collaborates with Analytical Lab Manager to assess needs for additional testing services and methods for product analysis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
