Twin Monkeys is looking for an experienced Canning Machine Technician/Assembler/Panel Builder that wants to build canning machines for breweries around the world

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembling canning machines on the Twin Monkeys factory floor

• Building and wiring electrical panels
• Assembling mechanical assemblies that comprise canning machines
• Wiring/plumbing the assembled machines
• Setting up and tuning machines
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude.
• Some travel may be required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitudes
• Effective troubleshooting ability
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience working with canning and bottling lines as an operator and technician
• Excellent building skills
• Strong ability to understand and complete technical tasks with minimal supervision
• Self-starter who can work independently and on several tasks/projects simultaneously
• Can understand and follow electrical schematics
• Effective troubleshooting ability
• Minimum of 1 year of experience maintaining canning machines or 1 year of experience assembling automated equipment

Work Environment

• Standard manufacturing assembly conditions with much of the work done standing and the remainder done sitting
• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office

Additional REQUIREMENTS to consider before applying:

• Must be able to lift 55 pounds
• Must have the ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, work from heights, stoop, kneel and crouch
• The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to somewhat loud
