Lone Tree Brewing Company in LoneTree, CO is hiring a full-time packaging assistant/cellarman. We operate a 20 BBL direct-fire brewhouse producing over 4,000 bbls of beer each year. The position is 40 hr/week plus overtime if needed (non-salaried) to commence immediately upon completion of the interview process. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, mechanically-inclined and passionate about beer quality. This position reports to the Director of Brewing Operations and will serve as a member of the Production Team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Our ideal candidate must fit in with our passionate and hard working team, be a great communicator, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and must have at least two years experience in production brewing. Candidates must be serious about safety, quality, cleanliness and willingness to meet the physical labor requirements. A good candidate will also need to be able to lift up to 60 pounds, be able to twist and turn repeatedly, be able to reach over their shoulders, and work in a standing, walking, or crouching position at a steady pace. Candidates must also be available to work days, weekends, and some nights. A brewing degree from a recognized brewing school is ideal and previous experience working a packaging line and cellar work is preferred. - Assisting, maintaining and running our Cask fully automated canning line
- Troubleshoot and fix packaging equipment
- Cleaning and filling of kegs
- Assisting with distributor orders for weekly deliveries
- Assisting in carbonating beers to correct pre-determined levels
- General brewery cleaning and upkeep
- Maintaining all OSHA and In-house standards to keep a safe work environment
- Operation of a forklift
- Participate in the occasional beer festival or brewery event
- Capability to stand for eight+ hours
- Attend all staff meetings
