Job Description: The Production Assistant will be providing support to the Laboratory Technicians during yeast proliferation.
Qualifications/Requirements/Duties
Ability to work in a hot or cold environment
Experience with cellar work and CIP a plus
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
Detail oriented
PPE usage
Maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently
Must live in Portland area
Some evenings and/or weekends will be required
Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
Excellent organization and time management skills
