Job Summary:
If you’re looking for a role that gets to see all sides of the packaging and production process, this is it. As a Packaging team member, you’ll be responsible for working in the day-to-day operations of production and distribution to ensure Fullsteam hits our procedures and processes. The ideal candidate is a mechanically-apt, intrinsically motivated individual, curious about the brewing industry and anxious to continue learning all they can.
The person holding this position works with both Fullsteam’s Packaging Manager and our Director of Beverage Operations to ensure our product meets market demand and scheduling timetables.

The Job
- Fill/wash/jump kegs
- Check carbonation volumes
- Work on the canning/bottling lines
- Record beer filled in Google Sheet
- Clean/sanitize lines
- Light cellar work
- Operate a forklift/stacker reacher
- Properly date/code products
- Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring consistency
- Organize warehouse space, both cold and dry storage
- Comply with all company safety and sanitation regulations
- Contribute ideas on how to improve/optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Process, package and ship orders to our distributors accurately
- Maintain a high and uncompromising quality of work
Qualifications
- Have a great attitude and love beer!
- Previous experience with a Wild Goose canning line a huge plus, though not required.
- Be able to lift up to 80 lbs and move 165-pound kegs with assistance
- Able to work in temperatures ranging from 30”- 110” F
- An understanding the things can change quickly, and the most important attribute for this position is flexibility, followed closely by quick learning.
- Able to work from 8 am-6pm (in 8 hour stretches), possibly weekends if ever needed.
