Upslope Brewing Company is an award-winning craft beer and spiked seltzer producer located in Boulder, CO. We are seeking to add a skilled and experienced individual to our maintenance and facilities department.

Desired Qualifications
Candidates must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends and occasionally respond to off-hours facility emergencies. This position requires periods of prolonged standing in a production setting which may be loud, slick, humid, and hot. Outdoor work may be required regardless of weather conditions. Must be able to lift/carry 55 lbs and periodically move items weighing up to 165 lbs.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Aid in the installation of new equipment
- Perform preventative, routine, and reactive maintenance on brewery and facility related equipment; seeks to minimize equipment downtime
- Seek ways to constantly improve production processes
- Work with and maintains relationships with outside vendors and contractors
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Maintain a safe work area and adhere to all safety protocols; appropriate use of PPE
- Help source and maintain inventory of spare parts
- Use CMMS software to document repairs and log relevant information related to equipment
- Aid production departments in accomplishing daily production tasks when necessary
- Aid in maintaining grounds and tenant spaces
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and/or mechanical systems
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing facility (brewery experience preferred)
- Experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, and/or welding, etc
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
